How is the fare set?
Airport transfers are priced by zone and other trips by distance or hours, all from the published rate card. Tolls and airport fees are added to the final fare and shown as an estimate on your quote.
Is wait time charged?
The first 15 minutes are complimentary, then waiting is billed at $116.00 per hour, prorated by the minute. Airport arrivals include 60 complimentary minutes from your scheduled arrival, or 90 on an international flight.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book and call as soon as you know. We will do our best to adjust the pickup so your chauffeur meets your actual arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Inside that window a charge applies, as set out in the terms.
Which areas do you serve?
Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Longer journeys are priced on distance and time.
How do I pay?
You are not charged when you send a request. We call to confirm availability and arrange payment, and gratuity is at your discretion.
